About us

Who writes Diwa OK, and how each page is checked

This site explains the Diwa OK gaming app to players in India: what the lobby holds, what an offer actually requires, how the cashier behaves, and where to get help. It describes what the live app shows rather than promising outcomes.

Our mission

Plain answers before anyone spends a rupee

Most questions about a gaming app are practical ones. Which games are actually in the lobby today? Does a welcome offer need a deposit or just a registration? Will a UPI withdrawal land in minutes or in hours? Diwa OK answers those questions in ordinary language, with the caveats attached rather than buried.

We write for adults in India who want to decide for themselves. That means naming the conditions on an offer, pointing at the cashier screen rather than quoting a figure from memory, and saying plainly when availability depends on your state. Where the app has not confirmed something, we say so instead of filling the gap.

Licensing

How we describe the regulatory framework

Licence and regulator claims

A licence belongs to the operator, not to this site. We report the licensing and regulator details that the app itself publishes, and we link to the operator's own terms rather than paraphrasing them. If a licence reference cannot be found on an official Diwa OK channel, the page says that it is unconfirmed rather than implying approval.

Local rules in India

Online gaming rules in India differ by state and change over time. Every guide carries the same reminder: check the terms and local requirements that apply where you live before registering, and do not use access methods that bypass a stated restriction. Age verification applies in all cases, and the site is intended for players aged 18 and over.

Fair play

The four checks behind every lobby page

RNG and game rules

Outcomes in slots and quick-play titles come from a random number generator. We point readers at the rules and return information shown beside each title instead of publishing a payout figure of our own.

Encryption in transit

Account and cashier pages should be served over an encrypted connection. Our guides tell readers to check the address bar before entering account details, and never to enter credentials from a forwarded link.

Payment partners

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, net banking and bank transfer each have their own limits and confirmation steps. We describe a route only once it appears in the live cashier with its terms attached.

Ongoing monitoring

Lobbies, offers and payment routes change. Pages are re-checked against the live app on a fixed cadence, and anything we can no longer confirm is removed rather than left standing.

Player protection

Responsible-gaming tools we expect to see

  • Deposit limits. A daily, weekly or monthly cap you set yourself, applied before a deposit is accepted rather than after it clears.
  • Playtime reminders. An on-screen prompt showing how long a session has run, so a short visit does not quietly turn into a long one.
  • Self-exclusion. A way to close access for a chosen period, honoured across the app and not reversible on a whim the same evening.
  • Real-time support. A support channel reachable while you are still in the app, so a limit or a lockout question is answered at the moment it matters.

Online play is entertainment, not a way to earn income. Set a spending limit before you start, keep each session inside it, and stop when play stops feeling enjoyable.

Editorial standards

Who writes this, and how to correct us

Pages are written and maintained by the Diwa OK Editorial Team, led by Ritika Sahane, who edits the lobby, promotions and cashier guides, with payment and verification pages reviewed by Anirudh Parab. Every page carries the editorial byline and a last-updated date in its header, so you can see how recent the check was before you rely on it.

Guides are reviewed against the live Diwa OK app on a monthly cadence, and sooner whenever an offer, a payment route or an app version visibly changes. A review either confirms the page, updates the wording, or removes a claim we can no longer see in the app. We do not restate figures from a screenshot or a forwarded message.

If something here is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Corrections go through customer service, which routes them to the editor who owns the page. Published corrections are reflected in the page's last-updated date.
